We started as college friends, sharing classes, laughs, and hanging out after campus events. Nothing unusual… until August 2018, when Elza heard that Ifkar was sick and started checking on him. Somewhere between long talks and unplanned moments, our friendship shifted into love. By October 2018, nervous smiles and an awkward but honest confession made it official. Then distance stepped in—different cities, same hearts. Miles separated us, but endless messages, and patience became our way of staying close.

After years of laughter, lessons, and little adventures together, on 6 December 2025, we finally took the biggest step. We asked our parents’ blessing to get engaged and spend the rest of our lives together. Nervous, excited, and full of joy, we said yes to love, to laugh, and to choose each other every day.
